Deliveries

International deliveries are entirely possible.

All our shipments are made by registered letter or colissimo without signature, depending on the weight of the package.

After validation, orders are generally shipped within 7 to 10 working days, except for orders concerning personalized products, as well as orders for products outside the online store, in these 2 cases the deadline will be indicated to the customer.

All our deliveries are made by Post. Delivery time in mainland France is usually 2 to 3 days.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 3 days, we advise you to contact your post office to ensure that your package is not pending; then, if necessary, to notify us of this delay by email.

Returns

To make a return (exchange or refund) please send a message via the “Contact” page.

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect resalable condition.

They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged.

Return costs are free
